This is the club’s ROUND 2 crawl meet for 2025! Join some like-minded RC guys and gals for some time on the rocks with our crawlers. We’ll run some courses and just hang out down in the gorge in South Morang, just under 2 Beans Farm Cafe.

We’ll be on public land and just driving toy trucks together. This is not any kind of official event. Rocks can be slippery. It may be cold, windy and wet. If you have a child and/or pet with you, their supervision and safety is completely your responsibility. Please be careful!

TOILETS
There are no toilets directly onsite. Servos and Maccas are 5ish mins drive away, while Two Beans Farm Cafe has coffees. Toilet access is not a given; probably available for paying customers, but don’t rely on this.
NOTES
- The gorge is often windy. If there’s been rain in the days before the comp, the water will be up.
- Dress for a windy day on the rocks. Sunscreen and water recommended. Boots or closed shoes are advisable. Snakes are still a possibility even in May. Recommend you don’t bring your dog.
- Shops are a few minutes away by car for coffee, lunch, etc.
- Rules and Build Guidance on our FB group.
- There are no bins here. Please carry out what you carry in.
- Lastly, we’re in a public area. We’ll have signage up for the club. Please be mindful of the locals’ expectation of peace and driveway access when parking on nearby streets, especially early in the morning.
COST: $0
CLASSES & SCHEDULE
We’ll be running 6 classes, and the plan is they’ll all be available all day. We’ll set them early in the morning, hence the relaxed start time.
Here’s what you need to do when you arrive:
- Find the MCC table and complete a waiver form. This is required to participate in this event, even if you’ve filled one in before.
- Get your car/s to the table to have them checked and cleared to run.
- Find a person or people to score your runs. The aim is to take turns driving and scoring with each other/your group.l We’ll be using crawlerresults.com. Site password will be at the table.
- Run your car/s in the appropriate courses for your class. Have fun!
All classes will have 5 courses to run. They’ll be marked clearly from #1 to #5. Be sure to match this with your scoring on crawlerresults.com when doing your runs.

With all courses set for the day, you should be free to run whatever you’ve got in whatever order you like, whenever you like. Come back to the table or find the MCC guys (Craig, Martin, Simon, Toby, Adam) if you need a hand, directions, first aid, life advice or Martin’s latest suspension hack.
If you’re in doubt about what class your rig/s will suit, ask in the FB group here and/or just turn up on the day. We’ll work it out! 🙂 Catch you there!
